the george w. bush administration, the debt ceiling was raised 19 times. the same republicans had a problem when president obama wanted to do it had no problem when they wanted to do it. one of their own wanted to do it. please let me finish. it is because of what the republicans did last time this came out. moody's lowered the bond rating of this country. megyn: just because you have a few drinks and get really tipsy, it doesn't mean that you should have 10 more and fall off the bus. president george h. w. bush expected to remain in a houston hospital throughout the weekend. mr. bush is 88 years old and in stable condition now and being kept at methodist hospital because of a lingering cough, related to bronchitus. he's ninety-nine been in and out of the hospital because of complications. his cough is taking longer to clear up and doctors say they want to play it safe. >> we are learning what caused a train to derail. it was hauling a load of dangerous chemicals. the train went off and sent 7 cars partially into a creek. one of the cars leaking a colorless gas used to make pvc . breathing it in can be deadly. authorities evacuated nearby homes. >> most of the results have been in the nondetect range or elevated range that we would not have acute health impacts on people. evacuation will remain in affect throughout the weekend and possibly longer. ntsb trying to determine the cause of the accident. the crew on the train tried to repair a malfunctions red signal light and got verbal permission to crash. only a few cars made it before the others jumped the track. >> we are
